Terms of Use
These terms govern access to TrueTag, a product of JusticeBridge Technologies, Inc., including software assessment, reporting, remediation, Artifact Guard, and document-drafting services for users in the United States, EU/UK, and Nigeria.
The company and the product
JusticeBridge Technologies, Inc. (“JusticeBridge”, “we”, “us”) is the company that provides TrueTag. “TrueTag” refers to the product and related services at www.mytruetag.com. By creating an account or using TrueTag, you agree to these terms with JusticeBridge Technologies, Inc.
Account and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and be legally able to enter these terms. Social sign-in (Google or Apple) creates or links an account under the same rules. You may assess only repositories, archives, domains, accounts, and systems that you own or are expressly authorized to test.
Permitted use
You may use TrueTag to identify common launch risks, understand evidence, track remediation, check AI skills and agent artifacts before install, and create draft launch-readiness materials. You may not use the service to attack third parties, obtain unauthorized access, distribute malware, evade controls, overload systems, misrepresent a report, or violate law or another person's rights.
Assessment and Artifact Guard limits
TrueTag provides a scoped, point-in-time review. It does not guarantee that every vulnerability, legal obligation, accessibility issue, or operational risk will be found. A score or verdict is not a certification, warranty of security, or guarantee of compliance. Artifact Guard analyzes the text you submit; it does not execute the artifact and does not guarantee detection of novel or obfuscated abuse. High-risk applications may still require penetration testing, accessibility review, privacy review, and qualified legal advice.
Regional compliance acknowledgements
If you serve users in California, the EU/UK, or Nigeria, you remain responsible for your own product’s compliance with CCPA/CPRA, GDPR/UK GDPR, NDPA, and related rules. TrueTag’s intake and legal drafting features help surface obligations; they do not replace counsel. Platform privacy practices for TrueTag itself are described in the Privacy Policy.
Legal and AI-generated materials
Policies, disclosures, explanations, fixes, and other generated outputs are drafts based on available evidence and facts you confirm. They are general information, not legal advice, and do not create an attorney-client relationship. Attorney review, when separately offered and accepted, is governed by the applicable attorney engagement.
Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant JusticeBridge Technologies, Inc. a limited right to host, copy, analyze, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support TrueTag. You represent that you have the rights and authority required to provide it.
Subscriptions and third-party services
Paid features, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are shown at purchase. Integrations such as GitHub, Supabase, Groq/OpenAI, Google/Apple sign-in, Stripe, Resend, Vercel, Railway, and other providers remain subject to their own terms and availability. JusticeBridge Technologies, Inc. is not responsible for changes or outages outside its control.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access to prevent abuse, protect users, comply with law, or respond to a material breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Provisions that by nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, payment obligations, and liability limits—continue after termination.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer or data-protection law in your region. JusticeBridge Technologies, Inc. is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of TrueTag where such limitation is allowed. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid JusticeBridge Technologies, Inc. for the affected TrueTag service during the preceding 12 months, except where law does not permit that limitation.
Governing law
Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. EU/UK consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of residence. Nigerian users retain non-waivable rights under applicable Nigerian law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and communicated where appropriate. Questions may be sent to support@mytruetag.com.
